The MAPP web application is designed to comprehensively manage the institution’s self-assessment process according to the E-Qalin quality management model in all stages of the assessment period. It allows all participants involved in the process to access content relevant to the process with their username and password. It helps the management and other employees in securing and fulfilling the obligations set by organisations according to E-Qalin model for the provision of quality services, as it enables the central group to review and decide on the introduction of changes, and is a great help in the performance of the certification audit.
